School Hours

Our School is opened Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm.

Classes start at 9.00am (the school opens its doors at 8.50am) and finish at 3.30pm, except on Wednesday afternoons when we finish at 12.30pm.

Our wraparound care is provided by our team and Holiday Camps for the above 3’s by Junior Adventure Group:

  • Morning Club starts at 8.30am
  • After school Clubs start at 3.30pm and finish at 4.45pm.
  • Late Garderie start at 4.45pm until 6.00pm.
  • On Wednesday, After School club start at 12.30pm and finishes at 3.30pm, following by the late garderie from 3.30pm to 6.00pm.

Holidays Camps are offered by Junior Adventure Group from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Sibling discount: a discount of 5% is offered on the youngest sibling’s school term fees.

We have limited free funded places for the 1 year old and 2 years old. Please contact us if you are eligible.

If you are eligible for the 30H funding, please contact us directly to know about our agreed package fees.

Additional fees for early starters and late stayers:

Morning club (8.30am-9.00am): The drop off time is 8.30am. Registration to be made directly on our app (£5/session).

After School Clubs:

We offer an extended after-school care service (garderie (for under 3’s) and Clubs (for the 3 to 6 years old)) until 4.45pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
An Enrichment afternoon is offered to all on Wednesday afternoon until 3.30pm (places are limited).

Important notes:

Fees for each Term are due before the last day of May for the Autumn Term, the last day of October for the Spring Term and the last day of February for the Summer Term.

If payment, for the first term of the children, is not received by this date, the child’s place will have to be allocated to the next child on our waiting list. Fees cannot be refunded if children decide to give up their place at the start of the school year.

School fees cannot be refunded in the case of prolonged absence or leave during the term.

Deposits cannot be refunded to children who have been admitted but wish to turn down their place at the start of term.

A term’s notice must be given in writing before a pupil is withdrawn from the School or a term’s fees in lieu will be due and payable as a debt at the rate applicable on the date of invoice whether or not the place can be filled.

Last date of Withdrawal notices (for the year 2024-25):

For withdrawal at the end or during the first term, notice must be given by 31th August 2024.

For withdrawal at the end or during the second term, notice must be given by 31th December 2024.

For withdrawal at the end or during the third term, notice must be given by 1st April 2025.

Registration Procedure

The pre-registration form enables you to enrol your child and place them on the school’s waiting list.

As soon as we are ready to proceed, we will contact you to finalise the registration.

If  you wish to proceed with the registration process, you will be sent the complete registration file.

Once completed, the document will then have to be sent back to the school along with a cheque deposit of £650.00.

The first term’s fees will then be due one month before the school starts, at the very latest.

All children are welcome at La Chouette School,

Admissions are based on the order of registrations submitted.
