Sibling discount: a discount of 5% is offered on the youngest sibling’s school term fees.

Additional fees for early starters and late stayers:

Breakfast club (8.00am-9.00am): The drop off time is 8.00am. Breakfast is served to all children who arrive between 8.00am and 8.30am.

• 1 morning per term: £75

• 4 mornings per term: £300
• 5 mornings per term: £375

Afternoon garderie (3.30pm-4.00pm): £8/session

After School Clubs:

We offer an extended after-school care service (garderie (for under 3’s) and Clubs (for the 3 to 6 years old)) until 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
A garderie is offered to all on Wednesday afternoon until 3.45pm (places are limited). Lunch boxes are required on this day.

Late garderie (5.00pm-5.45pm):

This service is not guaranteed as we respond to the demand of the families. We need to have a minimum of 4 registered pupils in order to let the School opened. Please register your interest as soon as possible.

Important notes:

• Fees for each Term are due before the last day of May for the Autumn Term, the last day of October for the Spring Term and the last day of February for the Summer Term.
• If payment, for the first term of the children, is not received by this date, the child’s place will have to be allocated to the next child on our waiting list. Fees cannot be refunded if children decide to give up their place at the start of the school year.
• School fees cannot be refunded in the case of prolonged absence or leave during the term.
• Deposits cannot be refunded to children who have been admitted but wish to turn down their place at the start of term.
• A term’s notice must be given in writing before a pupil is withdrawn from the School or a term’s fees in lieu will be due and payable as a debt at the rate applicable on the date of invoice whether or not the place can be filled.
• Last date of Withdrawal notices (for the year 2022-23): 
• For withdrawal at the end or during the first term, notice must be given by 31th August 2023.
• For withdrawal at the end or during the second term, notice must be given by 31th December 2023.
• For withdrawal at the end or during the third term, notice must be given by 1st April 2024.

Admissions

If you wish to register your child for a place at La Chouette School:

2 - Could you please then send it back to the following address :La Chouette School 17 The Mall, London W5 2PJ, with an enclosed cheque of £80.00; or contact us if you prefer to do a bank transfer.

Registration Procedure

• The pre-registration form enables you to enrol your child and place them on the school’s waiting list.
• As soon as we are ready to proceed, we will contact you to finalise the registration.
• If  you wish to proceed with the registration process, you will be sent the complete registration file.
• Once completed, the document will then have to be sent back to the school along with a cheque deposit of £600.00.
• The first term’s fees will then be due one month before the school starts, at the very latest.
