School Hours

  • Breakfast Club starts at 8.15am.
  • Classes start at 9.00am (the school opens its doors at 8.45am) and finish at 3.30pm, except on Wednesday afternoons when we finish at 12.00pm.
  • Lunch times are between 11.30am and 12.45pm.
  • After school care facilities (garderie) start at 3.30pm and finish at 6.00pm.
  • Activity clubs start at 4.00pm and finish at 5.00pm. On Wednesday the club starts at 12.30pm and finishes at 4.00pm.

 School Holidays 2020/2021

School Start:

  • Thursday 3rd September 2020: for the MS/GS class at 9.00am (class will finish at 3.00pm) // at 10.00am for the PS class (group 1); class will finish at 11.30am // at 2.00pm for the PS class (group 2); class will finish at 3.30pm
  • Friday 4th September 2020: for the TPS (Group 1) at 10.00am. Class will finish at 11.30pm // TPS (Group 2) at 2.00pm. Class will finish at 3.30pm.

Half Term:

  • From Friday 18th October 2020 evening to Monday 2nd November 2020 morning.

Christmas Holidays:

  • From Thursday 17th December 2020 evening to Monday 4th January 2021 morning.

Half Term:

  • From Friday 5th February 2021 evening to Monday 22nd February 2021 morning.

Spring Holidays:

  • From Thursday 1st April 2021 evening to Monday 19th April 2021 morning.

Bank Holiday week-ends:

  • From Friday 30th April 2021 evening to Tuesday 4th May 2021 morning
  • From Friday 28th May 2021 evening to Monday 7th June 2021 morning

  •  PS class (non funded pupils): £ 3100.00

  • PS and MS classes ( funded pupils): We are waiting for confirmation of the rate. 
  • Lunch Fees:  £245.00

Spring & Summer terms:

  •  4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday): £230/term
  •  3 days (except Wednesday): £200/term
  • 2 days (except Wednesday): £170/term
  •  1 day (except Wednesday): £140/term

Important notes:

  • Fees for each Term are due before the last day of May for the Autumn Term, the last day of October for the Spring Term and the last day of February for the Summer Term.
  • If payment, for the first term of the children, is not received by this date, the child’s place will have to be allocated to the next child on our waiting list. Fees cannot be refunded if children decide to give up their place at the start of the school year.
  • School fees cannot be refunded in the case of prolonged absence or leave during the term.
  • Deposits cannot be refunded to children who have been admitted but wish to turn down their place at the start of term.
  • A term’s notice must be given in writing before a pupil is withdrawn from the School or a term’s fees in lieu will be due and payable as a debt at the rate applicable on the date of invoice whether or not the place can be filled.
  • Last date of Withdrawal notices (for the year 2020-21): 
  • For withdrawal at the end or during the first term, notice must be given by 31th August 2020.
  • For withdrawal at the end or during the second term, notice must be given by 31th December 2020.
  • For withdrawal at the end or during the third term, notice must be given by 31th March 2021.

If you wish to register your child for a place at La Chouette School:

2 - Could you please then send it back to the following address :La Chouette School 17 The Mall, London W5 2PJ, with an enclosed cheque of £60.00.

Registration Procedure

  • The pre-registration form enables you to enrol your child and place them on the school’s waiting list.
  • As soon as we are ready to proceed, we will contact you to finalise the registration.
  • If  you wish to proceed with the registration process, you will be sent the complete registration file.
  • Once completed, the document will then have to be sent back to the school along with a cheque deposit of £600.00.
  • The first term’s fees will then be due one month before the school starts, at the very latest.
